Matthew Balon


Matthew Balon is born and raised in central Arkansas with a passion for helping the less fortunate. As a student at Arkansas State University, he planned on studying medicine, but soon learned that his passion was best expressed through law after taking a few courses. He graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2006. Since becoming a member of the Arkansas and Texas Bars, Matthew has been through hundreds of cases, winning millions in compensation for his clients and gaining much experience in the area. It is his desire to give his clients their lives back after being falsely accused of unimaginable actions such as stealing or negligent treatment of patients. He specializes in license and criminal defense.


Matthew has been married since 2009 to his beautiful wife Amy and has one child named Aaron who wants to follow in his father’s footsteps. He enjoys going on mission trips with his family, vacations worldwide , and watching football.

Brian Colby


Brian Colby is a native from Arkansas having been raised here for almost all his life. Brian went to Florida State University where he earned his Bachelor’s in Biology and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Florida State University College of Law in 2011. While studying in Florida, Brian witnessed much of the injustice in the area and that kept him highly motivated. He is a member of the Arkansas and Florida Bars. To this day, Brian believes that everyone should have a chance in court to prove their innocence and will always fight for what’s right. Brian specializes in family law and criminal defense.


Brian has been married since 2014 and is currently expecting a baby with his wife Emily. He enjoys fishing, going hiking with his family, as well as doing charity work during holidays with his fellow co workers.
